Getting Started with the Pay Card

Signing Up For A California Credit Union Pay Card

Sign up for the Pay Card by selecting the link to the "Enrollment Application Form" on the left side of this page; fill out and submit the form. Be sure you have your LAUSD Employee ID number, your LAUSD email address, and your Social Security or Tax ID number on hand to complete the form.

What happens next?

• Your application will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment.

• You will receive your California Credit Union Pay Card in the mail. Activate your Pay Card by calling the number on the sticker. When calling, you will be prompted to enter information to verify your identity and then will be able to select a PIN to use with your card.
