Getting Started with the Pay Card

Signing Up For A California Credit Union Pay Card

Sign up for the Pay Card by selecting the link to the "Enrollment Application Form" on the left side of this page; fill out and submit the form. Be sure you have your LAUSD Employee ID number, your LAUSD email address, and your Social Security or Tax ID number on hand to complete the form.

What happens next?

• Your application will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment. A Welcome Packet will be sent to you within 10-14 business days.

• You will receive your CCU Pay Card in the mail. The PIN for your card will be mailed separately and will arrive after your Pay Card.

• Activate your Pay Card by following the directions located on the sticker on the front of the card.
